1.02 Animal System Careers

This middle school lesson (MS.CAS.1.2 “Animal System Careers”) from the Careers in Agricultural Sciences unit of the Middle School Food and Agricultural Literacy Curriculum has students explore careers in the animal systems pathway of the AFNR career cluster. After a charades interest approach, each student researches an animal systems career online and creates a “Wanted” poster summarizing the career’s title, skills, education, daily duties, salary range, and pros and cons, then shares findings with the class.
