1.16 Health Fair
Activity 1.16 “Health Fair” is a Teamwork-unit activity from the Grow Your PALS Program Guide (The National FFA Mentoring Program). It guides mentors in organizing a “Healthy Living Day” event where community professionals such as a pediatrician, nutritionist, and personal trainer present at stations, helping PALS learn to make positive, healthy lifestyle choices about eating and fitness.
