1.20 Vegetable Tasting Party
This is Lesson 1.20, “Vegetable Tasting Party,” part of the Grow Your PALS Program Guide (Field to Fork unit) from the National FFA Mentoring Program. In this large-group lesson, PALS mentors lead younger students through a hands-on vegetable tasting party, teaching them to identify various vegetables by the plant part they come from and to understand the nutritional value and importance of eating at least five servings of vegetables daily.
