1.5 Secret Code
“Secret Code” is Activity 1.5 in the Teamwork unit of the National FFA Mentoring Program’s Grow Your PALS Program Guide. In this hands-on mentoring activity, mentors and PALS write personal descriptive words in invisible ink (vinegar) and use a candle flame to reveal the “secret codes,” learning about one another while assessing the risks and benefits of using an open flame to make a sound decision.
