11.1 Leadership Workshops
This is a Reaching New Heights (Advisor’s Guide to personal growth and leadership development) lesson, RNH.11.1 “Leadership Workshops,” that teaches students how to organize and manage effective leadership workshops. Students discuss the value of workshops and contributions to their success, then work in groups to plan a leadership workshop for their FFA chapter using accompanying worksheets, and review presentation guidelines for conducting a successful workshop.
