11.2 Leadership Retreats
This is a Reaching New Heights leadership lesson (RNH.11.2, “Leadership Retreats”) that teaches students how to organize and manage effective leadership retreats. Through discussion, group presentations, and planning worksheets, students learn the value of retreats and a five-step process for planning and conducting one, including hands-on planning of a mock or actual chapter retreat.
