2.12 You Can Make a Difference
This is Lesson 12 (“You Can Make a Difference!”) in the Recycling unit of the Grow Your PALS Program Guide, part of the National FFA Mentoring Program. In this large-group lesson, mentors guide students through activities — a telephone game, a marshmallow-tower planning challenge, an icon-illustration exercise, and writing a letter to the editor — to help them develop a home recycling plan and craft a persuasive message encouraging others to recycle.
