2.25 All About Butterflies
“All About Butterflies” is Lesson 25 (Animal Science unit) from the Grow Your PALS Program Guide, part of the National FFA Mentoring Program. In this large-group lesson, students construct a butterfly net, go on a butterfly hunt to catch a butterfly, and then observe and describe the distinguishing characteristics of butterflies, concluding with a charades review and a story-writing evaluation.
