2.31 All in the Family
“All in the Family” is Lesson 31 of the National FFA Mentoring Program’s Grow Your PALS Program Guide, in the Animal Science unit, designed as a one-on-one mentor activity. It teaches students the livestock terms used for the male, female, and young of six species (cattle, swine, sheep, chickens, horses, and turkeys) and has them demonstrate these relationships by completing a livestock terminology chart.
