2.9 Research Marketing: To Buy or Not to Buy

This middle school lesson, part of the Pork Checkoff Food and Agricultural Literacy Curriculum, teaches students about the role of market research in agriculture. Through hands-on activities comparing meats and apples, students learn how consumer perceptions affect purchasing decisions and then create their own 10-question market survey following a standard set of steps.
