3.13 Calisthenics Count
This is Lesson 3.13 (“Calisthenics Count”) from the National FFA Grow Your PALS Program Guide, a small-group mentoring lesson in the Exercise unit. FFA members and their PALS take turns leading calisthenics exercises while the group counts by 2s through 9s, combining daily physical activity with practice in counting, addition, and multiplication. The lesson includes an interest approach, teaching activity, nursery-rhyme review, application ideas, and an assessment.
