3.19 Making Good Choices and Take a Deep Breath
This is Lesson 3.19 of the Grow Your PALS Program Guide (National FFA Mentoring Program), a large-group lesson in the “Making Good Choices” unit titled “Making Good Choices and Take a Deep Breath.” Students learn to define and identify inhalants, describe the harmful effects of using inhalants, and encourage peers to say no to inhalant use through games, discussion, drawing, a role-play “party host” activity, and a reading with assessment.
