3.21 Healthzee and Family Fitness
This is Lesson 3.21 (“Healthzee and Family Fitness”) from the National FFA Mentoring Program’s Grow Your PALS Program Guide, in the “Making Good Choices” unit. In this small-group lesson, students review healthy eating and fitness habits by playing a health-themed dice game called Healthzee and then complete a family fitness survey to understand how their family routine impacts their health. The lesson includes an interest approach, two objectives, review activities, application suggestions, and an evaluation with answer key.
