“Hazards to Our Health” (Lesson 3.34) is a small-group lesson from the National FFA Grow Your PALS Program Guide that teaches students how aquifers can become polluted, alternatives to using pesticides, and how to stay safe around chemicals. It uses hands-on demonstrations—an “Aquifer in a Cup” activity and a powder-and-fan demonstration—along with an activity sheet and a true/false evaluation.
