4.5 Types of Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) Programs
This FFA lesson (FFA.OH.4.5) introduces students to the four types of Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) programs—Exploratory, Research, Placement, and Entrepreneurship. Through an interest approach grocery-store analogy and a team-based “SAE Challenge” game using scenario cards, students learn to identify and classify SAE programs by type. Includes an answer key and a student assessment with key.
