5.1 Collegiate FFA
This “Beyond High School” lesson (FFA.OH.5.1) introduces students to Collegiate FFA and three of its professional development opportunities: the Collegiate Agriculture Ambassador program, New Century Farmer, and the International Collegiate Agricultural Leadership Program (I-CAL). Students read about the programs in The Official FFA Student Handbook, complete a Go-Get-It e-Moment activity matching program goals to the correct program, and can demonstrate understanding through an assessment.
