5.3 Meeting People

“Meeting People” (RNH.5.3) is a Reaching New Heights leadership lesson in which students work in small groups to evaluate a reading scenario, identify emotions and key components of successful public speakers, role-play emotions nonverbally, and complete a first-impression self-assessment. The lesson aims to develop students’ social skills and improve their communication with others.
