5.4 Personal Action Plan
This “Beyond High School” FFA lesson (FFA.OH.5.4), “Personal Action Plan – Where do I go from here?”, teaches students the purpose of a personal action plan and guides them in devising one. Through goal-setting quotes, a blindfold demonstration about needing support to reach goals, and prioritizing exercises, students create personal, FFA, and long-term goals using a multi-year action plan and personal growth plan worksheets.
