5.5 Etiquette
This is a Reaching New Heights leadership/personal growth lesson (RNH.5.5) titled “Etiquette,” designed to reinforce the importance of good manners and social protocol. Students brainstorm etiquette questions in small groups, practice appropriate social behaviors (introductions, dating, dining), and learn proper use of silverware, glassware, and napkins along with menu terminology, with an optional restaurant field trip to practice dining etiquette.
