6.3 Conflict Resolution
This is a “Reaching New Heights” leadership development lesson (RNH.6.3) titled “Conflict Resolution” from an FFA/LifeKnowledge advisor’s guide. It teaches students to define conflict resolution, identify the guiding principles and five basic conflict-handling strategies (avoidance, accommodation, compromise, competition, collaboration), and apply a seven-step problem-solving process through discussion, activity sheets, and a role-play negotiation scenario (Dr. Forbes vs. Dr. Newell over giant kiwi).
