6.3 Professional Growth
This FFA Leadership lesson, “Professional Growth,” guides students through two activities focused on professional development and leadership. Students research a Career Development Event (CDE) related to a career pathway of interest and write an essay about it, then work in pairs to create and evaluate pseudo class officer applications. The resource includes sample application questions, a reflection journal entry, and an evaluation rubric.
