6.5 Building Teams
This “Reaching New Heights” leadership lesson (RNH.6.5: Building Teams) teaches students how to build effective teams and set and evaluate team goals. It covers the definition and benefits of teams, the four stages of team development (forming, storming, norming, performing), team member responsibilities, and conditions that support effective teamwork, culminating in a “Mystery on the Leadership Express” team-building and evaluation activity.
