7.3 Personal Product Choices
This middle school lesson (MS.NR.7.3, “Personal Product Choices”) from the Middle School Food and Agricultural Literacy Curriculum teaches students how everyday personal product choices—relating to food, paper products, packaging, transportation, and energy efficiency—affect the environment. Through an interest approach, guided discussion with an activity sheet, and a “Karaoke e-Moment” review activity, students identify choices that have positive or negative environmental impacts and practice ethical decision-making.
