8.4 Natural Resources in the Agricultural Industry
This middle school lesson plan teaches students about the role and importance of natural resources (soil, water, air) within the agricultural industry. Through an interest approach, guided discussion, an “Eye Witness News” review activity, and a true/false and multiple-choice assessment, students learn what natural resources are and how they are used in agriculture to power machinery, support plant growth, and support animal production.
