9.1 Developing the Program of Activities
This Reaching New Heights leadership lesson (RNH.9.1) teaches FFA students how to set chapter goals and develop a year-long Program of Activities (POA). Students learn the three POA divisions—Student Development, Chapter Development, and Community Development—and practice writing goals and activities using planning worksheets to build their chapter’s road map for the year.

- The purpose of this lesson is to teach students how to set chapter goals and develop a year-long plan of action to meet their objectives.
