9.3 Building the Chapter Schedule
This Reaching New Heights lesson (RNH.9.3, “Building the Chapter Schedule”) teaches FFA students how to build an annual chapter schedule as part of the Program of Activities (POA) and get events onto the appropriate school and community calendars. Students learn what a chapter schedule includes, how to avoid scheduling conflicts, and which FFA events belong on the school’s master calendar, then complete a worksheet identifying potential school and chapter events and discussing conflicts.
