9.6 Chapter Constitution

This Reaching New Heights lesson (RNH.9.6) teaches FFA students about the chapter constitution—its importance, how to develop one, and how to revise an existing one. It guides advisors to review their local chapter constitution (or a provided sample) section by section and amend it to fit the chapter, and includes a sample local chapter constitution as a handout.

Purpose
The purpose of this lesson is to teach students the importance of the chapter constitution, how to develop a constitution, and how to revise the one that is in place.
