Abbey Rinker – SAE – Horse Showing Lesson Plan
“SAEs: It Takes a Village” is a quick FFA lesson plan in which students watch a video about an FFA member’s horse-showing SAE and complete an accompanying worksheet to identify the resources and personal connections needed to develop a supervised agricultural experience (SAE) project. Through discussion and an inventory activity, students explore how individuals in their lives can help them plan and launch SAE opportunities in their school or community.
