Business Plan – The Need for Communication to Influence Others (all, IA)
This LifeKnowledge lesson (HS.84) teaches high school students about persuasive communication and how it can be used to influence others. Through interactive activities, students define persuasive communication, learn the four ways it influences people (beliefs, attitudes, intentions, and actions), and identify and practice three persuasive techniques: logical reasoning, emotional appeals, and credibility.
