De las Aceitunas al Aceite (Spanish)
This is a quick lesson plan built around a video about a school-based Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) in which two students, Giovanni and Luke, harvest olives and produce, label, and package olive oil. Students watch the video, analyze a diagram and write a lab procedure for olive oil production, design a production process for a food product of their choice, and use AgExplorer to explore careers in the food products and processing pathway.
