This is a National FFA LifeKnowledge lesson (AHS.19) on analyzing the risks and rewards of change. Students define change and its risks, identify its rewards, and explain methods leaders use to offset the risks of change through a series of creative reflection activities. The lesson includes teaching strategies, transparency masters, an activity sheet, and an assessment with answer key.
