Entrepreneurs – Defining Leadership (PowerPoint)
This is a LifeKnowledge high school lesson (HS.1, “Defining Leadership”) from the National FFA Organization, part of the Introduction to Leadership, Personal Growth and Career Success unit. Through activities such as “Leadership Island,” identifying real and media leaders, and “Leadership Detectives,” students explore the characteristics of leaders, learn the definition of leadership as influence, and recognize daily opportunities to influence others positively. The resource includes teaching strategies, an assessment, transparency masters, and student handouts.
