Final Assessment

This is the final written assessment for the Food Science CDE Lesson Plan Series, designed to resemble the “Written Knowledge Exam” in the National FFA Food Science and Technology Career Development Event. It consists of 51 multiple-choice questions covering food science topics—including food safety, microorganisms, enzymes, proteins, fatty acids, processing, dairy, meat, and chemistry—and includes an answer key.
