HS.5 Leadership Styles (PowerPoint)
This is a National FFA Organization LifeKnowledge high school lesson (HS.5) on Leadership Styles within the unit “Introduction to Leadership, Personal Growth and Career Success.” Students define the term leadership styles, take a Leadership Style Inventory to identify their dominant style among five types (Power, Beauty, Social, Knowledge, Resource), and examine the strengths and challenges of each. The lesson includes an interest approach activity, group work, teaching strategies, transparencies, assessment, and answer key.
