HS.8 Developing Leadership in SAEs
This LifeKnowledge lesson (HS.8) introduces high school agricultural education students to experiential leadership and how to develop leadership skills through their Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) programs. Through newspaper analysis, flowcharting, brainstorming, and planning activities, students describe experiential leadership, identify SAE activities that build leadership skills, and create a personal plan to incorporate leadership activities into their SAE.
