HS.83 Introduction to Situational Leadership

This LifeKnowledge lesson (HS.83) introduces high school students to situational leadership, teaching that effective leadership styles vary depending on the situation and on followers’ willingness and ability. Students define situational leadership, describe four leadership styles, and explore how follower readiness shapes the leadership style a leader should adopt.
