Jared Mudd – SAE – Ranch Foreman

This is a 30-minute FFA quick lesson plan built around the SAE video “Jared Mudd – SAE – Ranch Foreman – Orchard,” in which students learn how an orchard is managed, the impact of a supervised agricultural experience (SAE), and how to properly plant a containerized tree. Students complete the “Trees Everywhere” worksheet, watch related videos, answer tree-fact questions, and create a flow chart depicting the tree-planting process. The plan works well as an Arbor Day, SAE, or tree production lesson.
