Job Interview: Shine Like a Star
This is a 30-minute FFA lesson plan that teaches students the Situation-Task-Action-Result (STAR) method of answering behavioral interview questions. Students watch a video, complete a “Be the STAR!” graphic organizer worksheet, and pair up to practice using the STAR approach with sample interview questions before demonstrating it for the class.
