This Agri-Entrepreneurship Program lesson (Unit 2, Lesson 2.2: “Research Equals Money in Entrepreneurship”) teaches students about niche markets and demographics. Through skits, fill-in handouts, and data-analysis activities using demographic worksheets, students learn to summarize niche markets and analyze data to make informed decisions about developing a product or service.
