Lesson 2: The Diversity Among Us
“The Diversity Among Us” is a 60-minute leadership lesson from the Today’s Challenges; Today’s Leaders series that helps students identify strengths (assets) in themselves and others. Through index-card matching and “writing behind each other’s back” activities, students recognize that differences exist among people and evaluate how diverse strengths make a team stronger.
