Lesson 3 – Local News in the Making
This lesson, “Local News in the Making” (Lesson 3 of the Current Events 10th-12th Grade Series), has students research a local or state agricultural current event and then write a letter to the editor about it. Students identify local agricultural current events, summarize them, and use a provided activity sheet to construct and share their letters.
