Lesson 4: Sustainable Leadership – Characteristics That Make It Last

This lesson, “Sustainable Leadership: Characteristics that Make it Last” (TCTL.3.4), helps students evaluate how ethical decisions affect others. Through video clips (or stories like Profiles in Courage and Rosa Parks), discussion, and self-guided journaling, students examine the impact of their personal decisions, study Rotary International’s Four-Way Test, and create their own ethical decision-making “test.”
