Lesson 5: Careers With Plants: Supply Chain
This is Lesson 5 of 8 in the “Careers with Plants” series from the National FFA Organization, focused on the agricultural supply chain that connects plant production to consumption. Students explore the key stages of the supply chain—production, processing, transportation, storage and distribution, and retail—along with the careers within each stage, through a supply chain mapping activity and a “Product Journey” relay race. The lesson includes a student worksheet, career cards, and an answer key.
