Lessons 2 and 3 – Characteristics of Leaders

This two-day high school leadership lesson has students research and report on a famous leader, identify the leadership characteristics those leaders exhibit, and relate those traits to the four stages of development (ME, WE, DO, SERVE). Students also reflect on their own behavior through “Ten Times I Dropped the Ball / Done the Right Thing” lists to connect personal actions to the stages of development.
