MS.1 Defining Leadership
This is a National FFA Organization “LifeKnowledge” middle school lesson (MS.1, “Defining Leadership”) from the unit Introduction to Leadership, Personal Growth, and Career Success. Through interactive activities—a “Who Am I?” famous-leader game, group identification of leadership characteristics, and “Guess Who” biographies—students identify famous leaders and their traits, define leadership as “influence,” and choose three leadership characteristics they personally want to develop.
