Natalie Massa – Cooperative SAE
“All About Cooperatives” is an FFA quick lesson plan built around the video “Farm Credit SAE – Natalie Massa,” about a former FFA member who applied her high school SAE to a career as an agricultural loan officer. Using an accompanying three-part worksheet, students examine the components of Natalie’s SAE, learn what a cooperative is and does, and explore soft skills including the components of a successful handshake.
