Lesson 1 HACCP – Student Activity Sheet (Non-Designed)
This is a student worksheet/activity packet introducing HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) in food processing. Students answer questions from an introductory HACCP video, work in teams to create an HACCP plan for an assigned meat product (including product name, ingredients, process flow diagram, and hazard analysis), complete a gallery walk to review other groups’ plans, and finish with an exit ticket reflecting on what they learned.
