Part 2L: Chapter – FFA Member Retainment and Engagement
This FFA quick lesson plan, “Chapter: Retaining and Engaging FFA Members,” helps students understand why retaining chapter members matters and brainstorm strategies to involve and keep FFA members from year to year. Through interest activities, group discussion, and the “WIIFM—What’s in It for Me?” worksheet, students identify the value of membership and develop and present new program ideas to boost member engagement.
