Prepared Public Speaking Presentation and Questions Rubric

This is an 800-point scoring rubric used to evaluate a student’s presentation and their responses to questions. It assesses oral and non-verbal communication skills (supporting evidence, persuasive use of evidence, pace, command of audience, eye contact, mannerisms/gestures, and poise) as well as response to questions (organization of answers and knowledge of topic), with weighted point values across three performance levels.
