Rubric for Assigning Student’s Daily Grade

A single-page scoring rubric for substitute teachers to assign each student a daily grade from 1 to 4 at the end of class, marked on the attendance sheet. It defines four performance levels based on work habits, cooperation, on-task behavior, and the completeness and quality of assignments turned in. It appears in “Section 7: Useful Forms and Planning Techniques.”
